As we adapt to the effects of COVID-19, we have continued to introduce Salesforce’s Digital Marketing solutions to potential users. However, we have changed our physical workshop into an online webinar.
We introduced how Salesforce Pardot’s marketing tools could help digital marketers and e-commerce practitioners in nurturing their leads, using scoring and segmentation methods. We also demonstrated how user-friendly Salesforce can be when managing contacts and sales pipelines.
